Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to do custom and personalized orders! Please, just let us know what you have in mind, and we will work with you to give you as close as possible to what you are hoping for!
Wholesale availability
We love our wholesale customers!! Please inquire for information on our wholesale program!
What is the shelf life on our goodies?
Because we do not use any preservatives, we recommend using our lollipops or hard candies within 3-4 weeks. Beyond that, moisture in the air can cause the candy to cloud. If you choose to keep the candies or lollipops for use beyond that date, you do so at your own risk.
If you are hoping to use our goodies over an extended period of time, please notify us. Steps can be made to either break your order up with different shipping dates, extend the life somewhat with more protective packaging, or using additives or preservatives to extend the shelf life. All of these would be offered at an additional cost.
What if my candies or lollipops arrive melted or broken?
We promise, all of our candies and lollipops leave here in perfect condition, and we take every measure to make sure they arrive in good condition to you. However, we have no control over what happens to them while they are being shipped and are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. All packages are insured for the amount of your item/items, so if your candies or lollipops arrive melted or broken, please contact the USPS to file a claim for the insurance on the items.
What if I need my order sooner than your posted processing times?
Our regular processing times are 7-10 business days for candies, lollipops and chocolates or fudges, and 3-5 business days for our cake decorations (edible and non-edible) and custom party decorations. These times are PRIOR to shipping. Should you need an order sooner than this, please message us and we will see if we can accommodate you. If you do not message us with your rush request PRIOR to ordering, we cannot guarantee earlier processing.
Can I return my edible items for a refund?
Sorry, but in keeping with FDA regulations, we are not allowed to accept returns on edible items and they cannot be resold, so we do not offer refunds on any edible items. If you are unhappy with your items, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a store credit for a future product.
What if I put the incorrect ship to address on my purchase?
We ship to the address that is given at the time of purchase. Because all of our systems for processing and shipping are linked to the address that you give us at time of purchase, we cannot guarantee that the address can be corrected with a convo sent to us afterward. You are responsible for giving us the correct address at the time of purchase. We will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping based on an incorrect shipping address.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship our goodies internationally. As the world heals from this pandemic, we will be able to resume shipping our goodies to all corners of the world!
Refund policies
>Refund on Custom Orders<
If your order involves custom designs (such as a design that was created specifically for you that was not previously in our shop, or if it required a custom tag or edible art design) we only refund 50% of your order.
>Refund on Existing Designs (non-custom orders)<
If your order has been purchased directly from our shop and involved no custom designing, we reserve the right to withhold 20% of the total amount of your order.
Please remember that your order has been added to our orders queue the moment you placed your order,
therefore reserving a spot that could have belonged to another customer.
What happens if my event gets cancelled?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to allow cancellations on orders already in place, since an investment has already been made on your order in materials. HOWEVER, we are happy to extend our processing and shipping dates as long out as you need, or, we can issue you a store credit that you can use when you are able to reschedule your event.
